There are no configuration changes in Hippo CMS 6.04.02. All you need to do to upgrade is either:

• Download the new binary release:
  http://repository.hippocms.org/hippo-cms/v6.x/hippo-cms-v6.04.02.zip

or

• Check out the 6.04.02 tag from the SVN repository:
  https://svn.hippocms.org/repos/hippo/hippo-cms/tags/Release-CMS-v6_04_02/

or

• Change the svn:externals editor property in your customized CMS project to the 6.04.02 tag:
  https://svn.hippocms.org/repos/hippo/hippo-cms/tags/Release-CMS-v6_04_02/editor/
